Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to all games and apps published by AMINELABS on Google Play, the Apple App Store and any other platform (the “Games“), and to our website aminelabs.com. It explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights.

Some Games may not use every feature described below (for example online multiplayer or player accounts). In that case, the corresponding sections do not apply to that Game.

1. Who we are

The Games are published by AMINELABS, trade name of Amine BOUACHMIR BOUKHARTA, sole proprietor (entreprise individuelle) registered in France (RCS Toulouse 102 542 321). AMINELABS is the data controller.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Data stored on your device

Your progress (credits, level, unlocked items, settings, records, language) is saved locally on your device and is not sent to us, unless a Game offers online features (see 2.4).

2.2 Data collected automatically

  • Device and technical data: device model, operating system, language, approximate country, app version, advertising ID, IP address.
  • Gameplay and usage data: sessions, levels or maps played, scores, game events (e.g. race start and end, rewarded ad watched, item purchased), performance and crash reports.

2.3 Advertising data

Our Games may show ads (rewarded videos and occasional full-screen ads). Ad partners may collect your advertising ID, IP address and device data to serve ads, limit repetition, measure performance and prevent fraud. Ads are personalized only with your consent (see section 5).

2.4 Online features (when available)

  • Player account: a guest identifier, your display name, your progress and purchases and, if you choose to link it, your Google or Apple account identifier.
  • Multiplayer: your display name, in-game position and state during a match, and your IP address, needed to connect players.

2.5 Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your payment details, only a purchase confirmation (product, date, transaction ID) to deliver your item.

2.6 Data you send us

If you contact us (email, Discord or any other channel), we receive what you choose to share, such as your email address and message.

3. Why we use your data

  • Provide the Games (save progress, deliver purchases, online features): performance of our contract with you.
  • Measure and improve the Games (analytics, crash reports, balancing): your consent where required, otherwise our legitimate interest.
  • Show ads that fund free Games: legitimate interest for non-personalized ads, your consent for personalized ads.
  • Prevent cheating and fraud: our legitimate interest in fair play.
  • Answer your requests and comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with providers that help us run the Games:

  • Google AdMob (advertising) and its mediation partners where applicable – Google Privacy Policy
  • Unity Technologies (analytics, diagnostics) – Unity Privacy Policy
  • Google Play / Apple (distribution, purchases, sign-in)
  • OVHcloud (server hosting in France, for online features)

We may also disclose data if required by law, or to a successor in case of a merger or sale of our business.

5. Consent and ad choices

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, our Games ask for your consent at first launch through Google’s consent message. You can change your choice anytime via Settings › Privacy & ads in the Game.

You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads; iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking).

6. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the EU, notably in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep data

  • Data on your device: until you delete the Game or its data.
  • Player accounts: while active, then deleted after 2 years of inactivity or on request.
  • Analytics data: up to 25 months.
  • Support messages: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
  • Purchase records: as required by law (10 years for accounting in France).

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR and applicable laws, you can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, request portability, withdraw consent at any time, and give instructions about your data after your death.

To exercise these rights or request deletion of your account and data, email contact@aminelabs.com with the Game’s name and, if possible, your player ID (shown in the Game’s settings). We reply within one month.

You can also file a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) or your local authority.

California and other US states: we do not sell your personal information. You can request access or deletion at the address above.

9. Children

Our Games are for a general audience and not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country, 15 in France). If you think a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encrypted connections and protected save files. No system is completely secure, however.

11. Changes

We may update this policy, for example when we release a new Game or feature. The date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced in the Games or on our website.
